Meet Emma!!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who supports folks in making their space feel comfortable, enjoyable, and safe. I approach my clients with unconditional positive regard and the belief that goals are achievable with the right tools and support. I have experience working with adults, children, and families to assess their needs, create individualized goals, and provide step-by-step support to achieve those goals. After spending a decade working for St. Louis non-profits, I decided to make a change that would allow me to use my clinical skills and incorporate my passion for organizing.

I have always loved organizing (yes, even as a kid), but as an adult I found that having a decluttered space and systems to keep it that way are important to my mental health. I want to share my skills, tools, and passion with others, so you can feel the positive impact of an organized space too!

I continue to learn new organizing skills as a member of the National Association of Organizing & Productivity Professionals (NAPO) and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD). Head here to learn more about these organizations and my certifications.

It is important to me to show up as my authentic self and connect with you through this process. Outside of organizing, I am a gardener who much prefers to feel the dirt under my fingernails than wear gloves. I live in a historic South City home that keeps me busy with weekend projects. I love exploring new national parks and local hiking trails. I work hard to reduce waste through limiting items coming into my home, buying used when possible, and donating no longer needed items to charity.
